Beginners Courses Run Several Times A Year

My Yoga Beginner Courses are aimed at those who have none, or very limited experience or have practiced yoga in the past and would like a complete refresh.

 

The course will suit you if any of the following sound familiar to you?

 

  • A complete novice, never having tried yoga before?

  • Keep 'trying' yoga, but never really getting to grips with it?

  • Not very flexible and want to improve your flexibility?

  • Struggles to touch your toes?

  • Have 'no' balance?

  • Are in need of a good stretch?

  • 'Tried' yoga in the past but didn't continue?

  • Would like to find a course that will teach you from the basics-up?

  • Love the convenience of yoga from home, led in a live class online?

 

If so, you are exactly who my course is aimed at, come along and you will learn from the beginning. You will learn breathing techniques, poses; build strength, flexibility and balance. Always ending with relaxation.

The Course is kept small – to a limit of six to ensure individual attention and very supportive teaching.

The benefits of a Zoom Yoga Class:

  • You can just roll out your mat and be ready to begin

  • No rushing to and from work to make it to class in time

  • No worries about comparing yourself against others in a class

  • You can fling open a window if you feel hot without consideration for others

  • You will be able to follow me easily, with me clearly enlarged on your screen

  • And if you are worried that when you first start you may find yourself getting a little 'windy', no problem you will be on mute during the class! (Able to unmute at any time for a quick question, as you would do in an in-person class)

This course will be held via Zoom live-online with me. It is an 8-hour course, run in 8x1 hour classes. Two days a week on Monday and Wednesday 8.00-9.00am. 

8x1-hour classes, £90.00 for the full course, paid in advance to secure a place (non-refundable).

What happens after you've completed the course?

Once you have completed the yoga beginner course you will be ready to either join one of my regular twice-weekly Beginners-Continuation classes that run on Tuesday and Thursday 8-9am. 

 

Each week one class will be yoga flow and the second class we will flow and  learning new poses and continual learning and practicing different poses.
