Service Description

These classes are ideal for those that have completed my Beginners Course and want to progress. Or you have done some yoga in the past and want to introduce regular practice to your week. You will build upon your knowledge, learn new poses and get stronger and more flexible. Held live online via Zoom. With this booking you are signing up to attend once a week on a THURSDAY morning for a calendar month. You can book for twice a week per calendar month; or purchase one class at a time (see other booking blocks).
