Beginners-Continuation Classes PAYG

Service Description

These classes - held live online via Zoom - are ideal for those that have completed my Beginners Course and want to progress. Or you have done some yoga in the past and want to introduce regular practice to your week. You will build upon your knowledge, learn new poses and get stronger and more flexible. With this booking you will specify which TUESDAY or THURSDAY morning class you wish to attend. You can also book for a calendar month to attend either the Tuesday or Thursday class; or opt for twice-weekly (see other booking blocks).
