Weekly Online Yoga Classes 

Join my Live-Streaming Yoga Classes 

Come and join my live online yoga classes - where you can learn in the comfort of your own home - and still be part of a group, learning and encouraging one another. 

My yoga classes welcome both men and women and are aimed at complete Beginners, Beginners-Plus, through to Intermediate. They are friendly classes with guidance and encouragement – as the classes are mixed, poses can be modified, so you can work to your own ability.

 

The classes are intense, hot and sweaty, Vinyasa-style flow yoga with lots of balancing and stretching.

 

All classes commence with Pranayama (breathing exercises) and finish with guided Savasana (relaxation).

 

From the start, my yoga students start to build strength, stamina and flexibility to come to crow, shoulder stand and headstand.

 

I have one FREE class a week plus SIX paid-for classes per week to choose from

ALL CLASSES ARE HELD VIA ONLINE STREAMING USING ZOOM (easy to download, free software)

BEGINNERS-CONTINUATION CLASSES 
Tuesday & Thursday 8.00am-9.00am

Tuesday class will be yoga flow incorporting what has been learnt in the previous week.
Thursday class we will spent learning and practicing new and progressive poses.

 

BEGINNERS YOGA CLASSES 

Tuesday 7.00pm-8.00pm (Free class)

BEGINNERS PLUS TO INTERMEDIATE SUNRISE YOGA CLASSES 
Monday Sunrise 6.00am-7.00am 

Wednesday Sunrise 6.00am-7.00am 

BEGINNERS PLUS TO INTERMEDIATE YOGA CLASS
Thursday 6.30pm-8.00pm

Sunday 10.00am-11.30am

PACKAGES:

All the calendar-month packages also have the added bonus of the FREE Tuesday evening Beginners Flow class.

For each package you will nominate which one, two or three classes you will attend for the month.
 

a) To attend up to SIX yoga classes per week £90.00

b) To attend THREE yoga classes per week £70.00

c) To attend TWO yoga classes per week £55.00

d) To attend the beginners-continuation rolling monthly course, £55.00

e) To attend ONE yoga class per week £40.00

f) Want to experience my class before purchasing a package? You can attend my FREE Tuesday evening class £FOC

*NOTE If you choose the ONE OR TWO yoga classes per month package you will need to allocate the same class/es each week

f) Can't commit to a full month? Then pay as you go. £12 for 1-hour class and £15 for 1.5-hour class. I will need to have at least 2 hours notice so I can send you the code in advance. This is open to all my registered students.

HOW TO SIGN-UP TO PACKAGE
If you are new to my classes, please email​ me the package you would like to book and I will forward you my health/registration form for completion. Once approved, I will forward you BACS payment details and send you the links to attend your classes. Only available for UK-residents.
