Weekly Online Yoga Classes 

Join my Live-Streaming Yoga Classes 

I am currently running all my yoga classes as online live-streaming classes - so you can continue to be part of a group, when learning in your own home. 

My yoga classes welcome both men and women and are aimed at complete Beginners, Beginners-Plus, through to Intermediate. They are friendly classes with guidance and encouragement – as the classes are mixed, poses can be modified, so you can work to your own ability.

 

The classes are intense, hot and sweaty, Vinyasa-style flow yoga with lots of balancing and stretching.

 

All classes commence with Pranayama (breathing exercises) and finish with guided Savasana (relaxation).

 

From the start, my yoga students start to build strength, stamina and flexibility to come to crow, shoulder stand and headstand.

 

I have one FREE class a week plus SEVEN paid-for classes per week to choose from

BEGINNERS PLUS TO INTERMEDIATE SUNRISE YOGA CLASSES 
Monday Sunrise 6.00am-7.00am 

Wednesday Sunrise 6.00am-7.00am 

BEGINNERS-CONTINUATION MONTHLY COURSES 
Tuesday & Thursday 9.00-10.00am

Each week we will spend one class learning and practicing different poses; second class will be yoga flow

PACKAGES:

a) To attend up to SEVEN yoga classes per week for one calendar month (PLUS the bonus Tuesday evening free yoga class) £90.00

b) To attend TWO* yoga classes per week for one calendar month (PLUS the bonus Tuesday evening free yoga class) £55.00

c) To attend the beginners-continuation rolling monthly course, £55 per month (PLUS the bonus Tuesday evening free yoga class) £55.00

d) To attend ONE* yoga class per week for one calendar month (PLUS the bonus Tuesday evening free yoga class) £40.00

*NOTE If you choose the ONE OR TWO yoga classes per month package you will need to allocate the same class/es each week

HOW TO SIGN-UP TO PACKAGE

Email​ me the package you would like to take and I will forward you my health/registration form for completion, together with my BACS details for payment. If you are already a regular member of my classes, then no need to complete my health registration. Only available for UK-residents.

NEW TO MY CLASS?

Please email me with details of the package you wish to select and I will forward you my student sign-up health form to complete and return. Once approved, I will forward you BACS payment details and send you the links to attend your classes.
