Beginners Yoga Course
Aimed at men and women who are complete Beginners, those who have very limited experience/and those that want a complete refresh. You will learn breathing techniques, poses; build strength, flexibility and balance. Always ending with relaxation.
The Couse is kept small – to a limit of 6 to ensure individual attention.
