Aimed at men and women who are complete Beginners, those who have very limited experience/and those that want a complete refresh. Keep 'trying' yoga, but never really getting to grips with it? You are who this course is aimed at, come along and you will learn from the beginning. You will learn breathing techniques, poses; build strength, flexibility and balance. Always ending with relaxation.
The Course is kept small – to a limit of six to ensure individual attention.

This course will be held via Zoom live-online with me. It is an 8-hour course, run in 8x1 hour classes. Two days a week on Monday and Wednesday 8.00-9.00am. Commencing Monday 7th June and finishing Wednesday 30th June 2021.
8x1-hour classes, £80.00 for the full course, paid in advance to secure a place (non-refundable).

Once you have completed the yoga beginners course you will be ready to either join one of my regular twice-weekly Beginners-Continuation classes that run on Tuesday and Thursday 8-9am. Each week we will spend one class learning and practicing different poses; second class will be yoga flow.
