UK Weekend Yoga Retreat

Ladies only Yoga Retreat 

Energise, meditate and refresh weekend

Where? Tilton House, East Sussex
When? 26th-28th November 2021

Join me for an energising weekend retreat and come away refreshed and ready to go. Reconnect with your body; your soul and nature. Hosted in beautiful Tilton House set in the rolling landscape of the Sussex Downs. What better way to see in the new season after the long winter months.

The weekend will be suitable for those that have some yoga experience. You don’t need to be an expert! Just come with a passion to learn. If you have attended a few classes and want to immerse yourself for a weekend – this is the place for you. And if you haven’t done any yoga before, then why not join me on one of my beginners courses – either in person or online before you come so you have the foundations on which to build.


Each day will include two yoga sessions:

  • a morning dynamic flow yoga class with lots of stretching, balancing and strength poses

  • an evening gentle flow that will ease you into the evening finishing with a guided meditation session.

All yoga classes will commence with pranayama, breathing exercises.

Between yoga sessions feel free to chill, snooze on a sofa, relax, read a book, chat to the new friends you are making, or take a walk. Treatments are also available upon request. View Link to booking treatments [link]

What is the YogaWithVickiB yoga teaching style?

Vicki’s teaching style of yoga is a dynamic flow - with each class modified to accommodate different experience levels. There will be lots of flow, stretching, strength, balance and relaxation. Each class will start with breathing exercises.

A student for over 20 years, Vicki’s complete immersion into yoga and ultimately to train as a yoga teacher came about after suffering a life changing foot injury in a hit and run accident in 2012. She knows only too well what it takes to build a body back into strength and regain confidence in what is achievable. “Having had to learn to walk again after two operations, yoga literally brought me back to health – not only my body, but my mind in acceptance of the new-me”.

This understanding helps her to provide a supportive and encouraging class that inspires and enables all her students to come away more comfortable in their ‘own skin’ and understand more of what they are truly capable of.

 “I love seeing others fall in love with yoga – and enjoy seeing how their body and mind changes over time. Realising they are capable of far more than ever thought possible.

Food and Drink

All your delicious meals will be social events; chef prepared and served to you in the country kitchen together. With the exception of breakfast, all meals will be with much of the food foraged from Tilton Wood, or grown on-site in the kitchen garden and orchard. Dietary requirements can be catered for, if notified in advance.

Your yoga weekend will be an alcohol free weekend – with tea/coffee and healthy snacks available through the day.

And we would love for it to be as digital-detox free as possible. Leave your phone in your room and take the time to reconnect with yourself.



Tilton House is located in the heart of the rolling landscape of the South Downs National Park, designated a ‘Dark Sky’ and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Firle Beacon is one of the highest points of the South Downs and rolls back to the track from the door.

Close by is beautiful Charlston House and artists' garden, famous for the Bloomsbury Group 'some of the twentieth centurys most pioneering artists, writers and thinkers' [] - some of whom lived and entertained at Tilton House. So, it is said that Virginia Woolf, Maynard Keynes and T.S. Elliot and other visionaires took their inspiration from wandering the wild ancient landscape to escape, muse and reflect. 



All the rooms will be set up as twin beds unless you prefer to book a room to yourself, in which case this will be a double bed – so you can sleep star-shape if you wish!

There are six twin-bedded rooms:

French: with ensuite bathroom

Pond & Lydia: share a shower room

Mezzanine & Top: share a bathroom

Tower: shares bathroom with YogaWithVickiB

Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please nominate your 1st and 2nd choice of preferred room when booking and you will be allocated this if it is still free. If you and a friend are coming together, please let me know and I will ensure I book you in the same room (please ensure you both book and pay deposits at the same time)


Prices start at £385pp for a twin room with shared bathroom.

There is one en-suite room available which will be allocated to the first bookings secured.


Price includes two nights’ accommodation, two breakfasts, two lunches and two evening meals, with tea/coffee and healthy snacks available and full yoga and activities listed in itinerary. NOTE: Wellness treatments are £extra, payable directly with venue.

Deposit to secure your place: £150pp


One person in own double-bedded room:
