Our ladies-only weekend retreat will provide you with a precious opportunity to relax. To stretch your body, nurture your mind and nourish your soul.
Join me and Jo Tocher on this rejuvenating break to give yourself some space in the surrounding glorious rolling landscape.
I will be leading you in your daily yoga practice each day. And transformational holistic therapist Jo Tocher will guide you in your meditation practice, Tuning Fork Sound Relaxation and an Aromatherapy workshop where you can make your own signature blend with essential oils which represent you.

Jo's career in wellness spans over 20 years and, as a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), has worked with over 3000 individuals and trained in 12 healing therapies which she combines to enable women to change their lives. Vicki's Yoga Style?
My teaching style of yoga is a yoga flow - with each class modified to accommodate different experience levels. The yoga sessions during your weekend Retreat will include stretching, flow, balance, breath and relaxation.
A student for over 20 years, my complete immersion into yoga and ultimately to train as a yoga teacher came about after suffering a life changing foot injury in a hit and run accident in 2012. I know only too well what it takes to build a body back into strength and regain confidence in what is achievable.
Having had to learn to walk again after two operations, yoga literally brought me back to health – not only my body, but my mind in acceptance of the new-me.
This understanding helps me provide a supportive and encouraging class that inspires and enables all my students to come away more comfortable in their ‘own skin’ and understand more of what they are truly capable of.
