Beginners Plus to Int Classes, OCT 26

Service Description

In these slightly longer 1.5hr classes, in addition to our usual yoga flow, stretching and balance poses; you will also learn headstand, crow and other poses. Held live online via Zoom. WEDNESDAY evening 6.45-8.15pm and SUNDAY morning 09.30-11.00am. Many who have finished my beginners course will come straight into this class and enjoy the challenge of a longer duration class Take inspiration by seeing what my other students have learnt since starting as beginners themselves I can modify poses to suit individual abilities.
