Service Description

In these slightly longer 1.5hr classes, in addition to our usual yoga flow, stretching and balance poses; you will also learn headstand, crow and other poses. Held live online via Zoom. Many who have finished my beginners course will come straight into this class and enjoy the challenge of a longer duration class Take inspiration by seeing what my other students have learnt since starting as beginners themselves I can modify poses to suit individual abilities.
