COME AND JOIN A SUPPORTIVE GROUP, WHERE YOU WILL BE LED IN YOUR PRACTICE, GUIDED AND ENCOURAGED WHILST PRACTICING IN YOUR OWN HOME.
My classes welcome both men and women and are aimed at complete Beginners, Beginners-Plus, through to Intermediate. They are friendly classes with guidance and encouragement – as the classes are mixed, poses can be modified, so you can work to your own ability.
The classes are intense, hot and sweaty, Vinyasa-style flow yoga with lots of balancing and stretching.
All classes commence with Pranayama (breathing exercises) & finish with guided Savasana (relaxation).
From the start, my students start to build their strength, stamina and flexibility to come to crow, shoulder stand and headstand.

MIXED ABILITY SUNRISE CLASS (Upper Hall, main building, Long Ditton Village Hall)
Monday Sunrise 6.00am-7.00am
Wednesday Sunrise 6.00am-7.00am
BEGINNERS PLUS TO INTERMEDIATE (Wallis Room/Upper Hall, Long Ditton Village Hall)
Thursday 7.00pm-8.30pm –- Wallis Room, adjacent/behind, Long Ditton Village Hall
Sunday 10.00am-11.30am – Upper Hall/Wallis Room**, Long Ditton Village Hall
(**Sunday class is usually in the Upper Hall, but occasionally moved into the Wallis Room, signage will always be present so you know where to go).
