Yoga & Relaxation Afternoon Retreat
being held in Corfe Mullen, Dorset
This in-person Afternoon Retreat is being led by Broadstone-based yoga teacher Vicki of Yoga With VickiB and Tracy of Tracy Daniels Therapies, a local stress and anxiety expert, who will lead you in discovering stress management techniques.
A full afternoon of relaxation, breathwork, yoga, stretch, meditation and an informative talk on stress and how to reduce it.

A small intimate group of just eight guests, led by myself Vicki and Tracy. We are both Broadstone-based and delighted to be running this local, friendly and personal afternoon of relaxation being held in St Nicholas Church Centre, Corfe Mullen.

What's Included ?
During the afternoon you will be led by myself Vicki and Tracy:

Welcome, introduction and what to expect from the retreat

Set the intention for the afternoon, through a simple breath mindfulness meditation

One-hour gentle yoga flow and stretch - this will be suitable for complete beginners, as well as those that practice regularly

A deep Savasana relaxation

Short Tea & Coffee break

An interesting and informative talk on stress response and how you may reduce it

Closing meditation

Your Teachers for the Day

Vicki of Yoga With VickiB
Broadstone-based yoga teacher. I trained to become a yoga teacher in my 50's after suffering a life changing foot injury having been involved in a hit & run accident. After years of battling work/home/life balance I now teach fulltime online, private 1-2-1 classes in my home yoga studio and in-person at Retreats, Workshops and Events.

Tracy of Tracy Daniels Therapies
Broadstone-based stress and anxiety expert. Tracy trained to be a clinical hypnotherapist seven years ago and a mindfulness instructor and Reiki healer shortly afterwards. She is passionate about health, wellness, healing and the mind body connection.

There is plenty of free parking at the venue
There will be a short break halfway through the day when tea & coffee will be provided. And there will be some time at the end to chat and ask any questions that may have been raised during the day.
Numbers are limited to just 8 so we recommend booking early to secure your place
What will you need to bring and wear ?

Yoga mat

Comfortable clothing, suitable for yoga and for being seated-in for the mindfulness meditation session

A blanket or jumper so you are cosy during the relaxation and mindfulness sessions

A water bottle

Your mug (tea and coffee is provided)

Bring a light snack if you wish for the breakout session
