UK Weekend Yoga Retreat
Join me for an energising weekend yoga retreat and come away refreshed and ready to go. Reconnect with your body and nature and relax for some well earned me-time.
The retreat will be hosted in beautiful Tilton House, set in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Designated a ‘Dark Sky’ and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it is the perfect location to slow down and focus on yourself.
What better way to see in the new Spring season after the long winter months?
The weekend is suitable for those that have some yoga experience. You don’t need to be an expert! Just come with a passion to learn and extend your yoga practice.
My style of yoga is a dynamic flow - with each class modified to accommodate different experience levels. There will be stretching, strength, balance and relaxation.

You will be treated to delicious chef-prepared vegetarian meals through the weekend. Each meal will be a social event; prepared and served to you in the country kitchen together. Much of the food is foraged from Tilton Wood or grown on-site in the kitchen garden and orchard. Dietary requirements can be catered for.
There are six twin-bed rooms, unless you prefer to book a room to yourself, in which case this will be a double bed – so you can sleep star-shape if you wish!
Prices start at £385pp for a twin room with shared bathroom or £770pp for sole occupancy of a double room (there is one en-suite available which will be allocated to the first bookings secured). A deposit of £150pp/£250pp will secure your place. Price includes two nights’ accommodation, two breakfasts, two lunches and two evening meals, with tea/coffee and healthy snacks available.
There will be four yoga flow sessions of 1.5 hours each over the weekend and two evening gentle stretch and guided meditations to ease you towards bedtime.
There will also be the choice of attending a yoga workshop on the Saturday that will be a more focused class.
There will be time during the day to relax, read, go for a walk, book a choice of wellness treatments or massage or enjoy a sauna.
It is your weekend to relax or do as much, or as little, as you wish.
