How I’ve helped my Clients overcome their Challenges and Problems
Today I wanted to discuss how I help you, through yoga, overcome your challenges.
So rather than me telling you just how fabulous I am ! ... I thought I’d put the question out to my students and below is just a selection of their responses.
🧡 “I started yoga to get stronger and flexible. Having osteoporosis running through the family, I was told yoga could help. I've been going now for over a year and definitely feel stronger in my mind as well as my body”, Kayhan.
🧡 “Hi, I started yoga due to a bad back and also being very stiff – it has worked wonders. I saw your beginners’ course ad and thought I'd give it a go and I'm still enjoying it two years later”, Bev.
And I just love the honesty of Zoe: 🧡 “I have so many challenges! I thought I wasn't flexible enough to do yoga and wouldn't be able to do the poses. You taught me that there is always an option so you can do it and also - in your words – ‘you can't do it… YET’. I always think of this and remind myself that I'm always progressing and moving towards getting better”.
🧡 “I began yoga to ease some stiffness in my hip, after just two weeks into the beginners’ course I felt no pain – and none at all now for two years”, Debbie.
I hope these few examples gives you an idea of all the benefits that can be gained by a regular yoga practice. Strength, flexibility, releasing stiffness and tension.
So if you’ve been putting off ‘giving yoga a go’, then think again and join one of my classes.
